About

Elliot Thorp is a Hobart-based road safety consultant with experience across policy, procurement, project delivery, and data. With a background in economics and data analysis, he brings expertise in road safety and automated traffic enforcement. His work is grounded in current research and best practice, including the Safe System approach, procedural justice theory, deterrence theory, and behavioural science.
